We decided to separate the septic system for the village from the septic system of the main house and to future proof it. There were problems with the system we had on large events like the Apple Fair because too many people used it in a short time.

After the system was built we realised that there were concrete man holes which were over the paddock. Scott built a stage over the septic system with easy access to the tank. That way this paddock area could be used.

The previous septic system at the main house could not cope with large events at the village.
